Sing It Sister! 2026: Join a powerful celebration of music, solidarity, and action
This International Women’s Day, we invite you to raise your voice for gender equality at Sing It Sister! — a high-energy, all-genders community singalong that unites people through music, celebration, and purpose.
Following the success of our inaugural 2025 event, Sing It Sister! returns in 2026 bigger, bolder, and louder to support Juno’s work with women, trans and gender-diverse people, and children impacted by family violence and homelessness in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
By taking part in Sing It Sister! you help Juno provide essential support including safe housing, day-to-day necessities, and long-term recovery for people in our community rebuilding their lives after violence and homelessness.

What to expect
Sing It Sister! combines the unapologetic energy of a feminist singfest with the sparkle and power of drag. Together, we’ll belt out anthems like Aretha Franklin’s RESPECT and Gloria Gaynor’s I Will Survive, reclaiming space, celebrating community, and demanding change.
It is more than a celebration — it is a movement to #ChangeTheTune on gender equality and raise vital funds for Juno’s services.
