We are committed to making our events accessible and supportive for everyone who attends. To ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment, we offer the following:
- Interpreters Available: We can organise interpreters for various languages to ensure that everyone can fully participate and understand the information shared.
- Onsite Support from Case Managers: Our dedicated case managers will be available at events to offer support, guidance, and assistance as needed.
- Bring Your Own Support Worker: We encourage you to bring along your own support worker if that makes you more comfortable.
- Disability Accessible Venues: The venue will be fully accessible, with ramps, elevators, and other accommodations to support those with disabilities.
- Culturally Appropriate Food: We offer food options that respect and cater to diverse cultural and dietary needs.
- Accessible by Public Transport: Our event locations are conveniently located near public transportation options to make getting there easier.
- Transport Support: If transportation is a challenge, we can assist with arrangements to help you attend.
- Parking Space Available: For those who drive, parking spaces will be available at or near the venue.
- Safety: Juno is a child safe organisation and our case managers are trained in child safe practices. Our events are open only to Juno clients so there will be women (trans and cis), non-binary people, and children present. Male identifying attendees will only be present if pre-approved by Juno case managers.
We aim to create a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and supported. If you have any specific needs or requests, you can call or text us on 0460 658 538, or email , and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
