Juno is an independent, proudly intersectional feminist organisation. We work with a diverse range of women and gender diverse people experiencing homelessness and family violence, empowering them and their children to make lasting change to their lives.
Our Mission
Partnering with women to support their safety, increase their independence and enable them to thrive
Our Vision
A community where all women and children are safe, empowered and thrive
Our Values
Equality: We place women at the center of all that we do. As a feminist, social justice organisation, we recognise the range of inequities women face and actively seek to challenge and address these through our work. We treat all people with dignity, open-mindedness, and respect and acknowledge that equality for all women and children is integral to the strength and development of society.
Integrity: We are ethical, honest, fair and transparent. We are accountable to the women we work with and the communities that support us. We honour the stories, truth and experiences that women and children who access WISHIN share with us. These guide and inform our reflective processes and practice.
Creativity: We value and celebrate creativity in our work and our communities. We are a learning organisation and are open to new ideas and ways of working. We acknowledge the immense creativity of women and children, and the role creativity plays in recovery and healing.
Diversity: We create an inclusive environment that embraces and values diversity. We actively seek to understand and appreciate perspectives different from our own
