Communication Support
Using an interpreter
If you need an interpreter, please let us know your language when you call, and a Juno worker will arrange for an interpreter to join the conversation.

Using the National Relay Service to contact us
If you are d/Deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech communication difficulty, you can use the National Relay Service (NRS) to contact Juno.
The NRS has specially trained staff called relay officers. Relay officers act as a ‘relay’ or a bridge between people who are d/Deaf hard of hearing or have speech communication difficulty, and the person or organisation they are calling.
