About the role
Working with a team of committed professionals, you will be responsible for providing family violence case management to women, non-binary people, and their children, who are experiencing family violence and its related impacts, including housing instability. You will also support the local housing access points, and the Juno housing team, to respond to family violence through secondary consultation, co-case management, and training.

- SCHADS Level 5 position (pay point dependent on experience and qualifications)
- Base Rate $88761.96 EFT + Super + NFP Salary Packaging
About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Commitment to working in a framework that is feminist, intersectional, and trauma-informed
- Experience with the family violence service system
- Communication and advocacy skills, including the capacity to advise and consult effectively with victim-survivors, service providers and other professionals
- Demonstrated practice in working collaboratively
- A minimum Bachelor level qualification in Social Work, recent employment in the family violence sector or equivalency met through the 7 Equivalency Principles in line with Recommendation 209’s minimum mandatory qualification requirements, or commitment to gaining qualification with Juno’s support.
