Using the National Relay Service to contact us
If you are d/Deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech communication difficulty, you can use the National Relay Service (NRS) to contact Juno.
The NRS has specially trained staff called relay officers. Relay officers act as a ‘relay’ or a bridge between people who are d/Deaf hard of hearing or have speech communication difficulty, and the person or organisation they are calling.
Visit the Access Hub website to find a relay method that works for you.
Attending Juno appointments or events
Juno supports people with a range of needs, this is why we also provide:
- Outreach services
- Interpreters
- Accessible toilets
- Area for carers/support staff to wait
- Access for service animals/companion animals
- Transport support is available when required in the form of taxi vouchers
- A large meeting room

Juno is working on ensuring our office space is accessible. If you are a wheelchair user, please let the Juno team know and we will organise to meet with you in an accessible location.
