Juno is a specialist women’s (trans and cisgender) homelessness and family violence organisation that provides support services to women and non-binary people across six local government areas in the north of Melbourne. Each year we support up to 600 women and children who are experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, homelessness and/or family violence.

About the role:
Juno is currently recruiting a Board Director with Impact and Evaluation expertise who will support us in pursuing our strategic goals.
We are also open to hearing from candidates who are interested in joining only as a member of the Impact Subcommittee.
We are seeking candidates from anywhere in Australia with relevant NGO experience.
Selection criteria includes:
- Extensive experience with impact measurement, impact reporting, evaluation, research and applying insights for learning and action to continuously improve service delivery and inform policy and advocacy
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically
- Willingness to commit time to the Board and the organisation
- Current working knowledge of the Victorian violence against women or homelessness sectors and/or not-for-profit sector is preferable
