About EMPower
EMPower is a life-changing coaching program that gives women and/or trans and gender diverse people the skills and confidence to thrive and achieve greater economic freedom.
Focused on long-term goals, EMPower guides participants in setting and achieving goals across life domains including family and housing, career and education, finances, and health and wellbeing.
EMPower (Economic Mobility Power) is a program developed by Juno, based closely on a highly successful model created by Boston-based organisation, EMPath. EMPath is known worldwide for their coaching approach, which uses a breakthrough economic mobility model to support people on low incomes to reach economic independence.
Juno’s EMPower Coaches work in partnership with individuals who have experienced homelessness or family violence, supporting them to recover from the impacts of trauma and build strong, economically secure and thriving futures for themselves and their families.
Through one-on-one coaching, participants build a clear and achievable plan, or ‘bridge to self-sufficiency’, to achieve their goals in the identified areas.
Some of the many amazing outcomes of the coaching journey include connecting to dream careers, finding work, becoming financially independent, paying off debts and securing affordable housing.
